CINCO DE MAYO
In observation of Cinco de Mayo, I decided to switch things up this week.

A recipe: Margarita Jell-O Shots
1 box lime Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup tequila (cold)
1⁄4 cup triple sec (cold)
Mix the Jell-O and boiling water, stirring vigorously until all the Jell-O powder is dissolved. Add the alcohol. Pour into shot glasses and refrigerate overnight. You're welcome.
Then, a mini review
Holy Taco: A new favorite. Not only because the patio is ideal for dining al fresco, but also because their catfish tacos hit every nail on the head: crispy fish, a flavorful chipotle mayo sauce and an accent topping (Mexican slaw) that doesn't overpower either of the first two ingredients. Margs: pretty tasty. Chips & salsa: Good chips. Nice salsa. Price: Right.
